Recommended Articles on Long-Term Brain Health, Workplace Wellness
Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease are not things that suddenly start in our 60s and 70s. As documented in my book Better Decisions Better Thinking Better Outcomes, long-term brain health results from our lifestyle habits in our 40s and 50s.
This is such an important societal and leadership issue, that each month I post links to the best articles on brain health, mindful leadership, and decision-making skills on the Caliente Leadership website. There are now over 1000 articles links on these and other relevant topics for you.
Many of the articles from last month reference recent scientific research showing that Vitamin D levels are correlated with dementia risk. A couple of other articles covered the risks to long-term brain health and decision-making from multitasking (a topic covered in Better Decisions Better Thinking Better Outcomes as well).
