Top Articles on Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Skills Development, Leading Employee Engagement, and Managing Workplace Stress and Anxiety

Every month I read 40-50 articles on leadership and each month I share links to the best of these articles on the Caliente Leadership website.

This is because I believe Leaders Are Readers. And because I know how hard it is to keep up with the numerous articles on leadership being generated each month. So, this is a free service for you that I am happy to perform on a monthly basis.

Last month, the articles I read were a treasure trove on leading with emotional intelligence, leadership skills development, how to lead productivity and engagement in your teams and the importance of leaders in helping employees to manage workplace stress and anxiety.

I have just uploaded 37 new article links on the Recommended Leadership Articles page of the Caliente Leadership website. These are the best articles I read last month.

In celebration of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day last month, I launched my latest book, Strong Women Speak on Leadership, Success and Living Well with co-author Adriana Fuentes Díaz The book contains over 1000 quotations from strong and successful women through the ages on leadership, leading people, self-development, mindset, achieving results, handling challenges and obstacles, living well, and wellbeing. The book is available in both Kindle and paper formats here on Amazon.

This month I am launching two global online TV shows with Global TVTalk Show host Ed Cohen. ThriveXL will focus on leadership wellbeing, workplace wellness, and what we can all do to reduce stress, anxiety, and angst in both the work environment and our daily lives. In StriveXL we will discuss how leaders can strive to develop themselves, their team members, their teams, and striving to be the best leaders and humans they can.

The XL in both titles represents Living Extra Large…thriving, striving, going the extra mile, putting in the extra effort, and always being sure to developing one’s self Extra Large.
