Recommended Articles on Keeping Your Brain Healthy and Reducing Dementia Risk  

The American Heart Association and Stroke Association predict that over 60% of Americans will develop a brain disease in their lifetimes. Othe projections from healthcare institutes estimate that over 10 million people in the U.S. and over 76 million worldwide will suffer from dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or stroke in 2030.

Fortunately, dementia is more preventable than we think. There are ways to reduce your risks for dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other brain diseases. To help you in this endeavor, every month we post links to valuable articles on brain health, brain power, and decision-making on the Caliente Leadership website. Many of the articles this past month focused on the lifestyle habits (food, nutrition, exercise, breathwork, etc.) that can have a major impact on your brain health, cognitive abilities, decision making, and memory.
