Leaders Never Stop Learning. Lifelong Learning Is A Wonderful Mindset For Leaders.
A Growth Mindset is critical for being a successful leader. One of my favorite and most repeated mantras is: Never stop learning because life never stops teaching.
The leadership dinosaurs of the post-pandemic period will be those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn. Lifelong learning is a wonderful mindset. It is why I read 30-40 articles each month on leadership, leadership skills, employee engagement, decision making, and other relevant topics.
And it is why I post links to the best of these articles each month on the Caliente Leadership website on our Recommended Leadership articles page.
Three of the articles I found most interesting last month were:

Award-Winning Leadership Book
Speaking of reading, please add Humony Leadership: Mindsets, Skills, and Behaviors for Being a Successful People-Centric Leader to your summer reading list. This book will guide you to becoming the leader – and human – that your organization, family, and community needs.
Available at Amazon in paperback, Kindle, and audiobook formats, Humony Leadership provides you with the mindsets, skills, behaviors, and actions that will make you a great people-centric leader.
In recognizing Humony Leadership with a Gold Medal, the Nonfiction Authors Association (NFAA) called the book “a significant work with an important mission.” In its review, NFAA also said the book is “thorough and inclusive. To say that Humony Leadership is timely is an understatement. The content is valuable, necessary and, if implemented, would go a long way towards recovery from the havoc wreaked upon the world in very recent time.”
