New 10-part series on best practices and tips for long-term brain health, based on science.

Few things in life are more important than protecting yourself, family members, and loved ones from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease are projected to impact over 76 million people by 2030. You definitely do not want you, or any of your loved ones, to become part of this statistic. That’s why it is important to take appropriate action TODAY to take the steps and actions provided in this series.

To help you in this endeavor, I recently uploaded ten short (5-8 minutes each) videos on Building and Maintaining Long-Term Brain Health to my YouTube channel. These videos are based on my award-winning book Better Decisions Better Thinking Better Outcomes.

Each video provides knowledge and information on how and why you should start planning and taking action to protect the long-term health of your brain, no matter your age. Each video provides tips and best practices for long-term brain health, based on scientific research.

Keynote Talks on Brain Health
