Brain Health is a lifetime pursuit. Here’s help.
The health of your brain will be a vital factor in keeping dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and a range of other brain-related diseases at bay. Unfortunately, this is not something you can put off until your retirement years.
If you fail to ensure the proper health of your brain, by not adequately supplying it with the essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and oxygen it needs, it greatly increases your risk for dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and stroke.
Brain health is a lifetime pursuit. It is also why I am constantly reading articles on brain health and cognitive decline prevention.
I share links to the best of these articles on long-term brain health, stress management, and anxiety reduction every month on the Caliente Leadership website. It is also why I offer regular webinars on Building and Maintaining Long-Term Brain Health to corporations, associations, and organizations.
Some of the best articles I read in the past month included:
The Power of Mindfulness in a Digital Age
Regular Daytime Naps Linked to Bigger, Healthier Brains
Limiting Social Media Use Boosts Brain Health
Obesity Changes the Brain, With No Sign of Reversibility
How to Keep Your Brain Healthy and Mind Intact
You will find links to these articles on these two pages:
Recommended Articles on Leadership Wellbeing and Mindful Leadership
Recommended Articles on Brain Health, Brain Power, and Decision Making
