Announcing The Art of Great Leadership Workshop Series for Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders
I am pleased to announce the launch of The Art of Great Leadership workshop series. These 50-minute online workshops will bring you proven, best-practice skills, techniques, and methods for leading your team – and yourself – to greater heights. 
The workshops will provide a range of leadership and managerial skills to help you become a better manager, supervisor, or team leader. Each workshop will focus on a particular leadership skill, such as providing effective feedback, improving your communications skills, how to better delegate for results, and techniques for motivating team members.
The first two workshops, both later this month, are:
January 21 The Art of Effective Feedback (2pm / Central USA)
January 28 The Art of Better Decision Making (2pm / Central USA)
