Recognition of Leading-Edge Thinking on Leadership and the Future of Work
It is with a great deal of pride to share that I was named recently to the LeadersHum Power List of the 200 Biggest Global Voices in Leadership.
This honor is in recognition of my thought-provoking and leading-edge thinking on leadership as described in Humony Leadership: Mindsets, Skills, and Behaviors for Being a Successful People-Centric Leader and my other books and writing on leadership. Humony is a word I created comprising human, humanity, and harmony to emphasize the leading of people and the need to create workplaces of wellbeing and harmony.
To be included on a list with the likes of Marshall Goldsmith, Simon Sinek, Gary Vaynerchuk, Whitney Johnson, Sofia Esteves, Alisa, Cohn, Adam Grant, and so many other whose thinking I have admired for years is both humbling and ecstatic.

Of the 200 people named to this list, I was ranked #97, which is remarkable. The LeadersHum network called this list “a group of visionary individuals who have made a lasting impact on their respective fields through their unwavering determination, exceptional skills, and forward-thinking approach.” LeadersHum was created to inspire leaders globally and to redefine the world of work.
Gold Medal Award 
In other wonderful news, Humony Leadership received a Gold Medal recognition from the Nonfiction Authors Association. The NFAA called the book, “thorough and inclusive. To say that Humony Leadership is timely is an understatement. The content is valuable, necessary and, if implemented, would go a long way towards recovery from havoc wreaked upon the world in very recent times.”
They went on to add, “Humony Leadership is a significant work with an important mission.”
The book has also received a Bronze Medal in the Business/Leadership category of the 2023 Reader Views Literary Awards. And late last year, Humony Leadership was voted the 8th Best Indie Book of 2022 by the readers at ReadFreely.com.
