Steps to Your Long-Term Brain Health Start Today!

It always amazes me to hear people say they will work on their long-term brain health after they retire.

New flash: that is not the best strategy!

Scientists now know that how we live our lives in our 30s, 40s, and 50s has a direct impact on our individual risks for dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and stroke in our 60s and 70s. Long-Term Brain Health is a lifetime pursuit

Brain health is a lifetime pursuit. The best time to start working on your long-term brain health is in your 30s and 40s. The second-best time is TODAY, no matter what your age.

This is why I share links every month to best articles on long-term brain health, cognitive decline prevention, stress management, and anxiety reduction on the Caliente Leadership website. It is also why I provide webinars and in-person talks on Building and Maintaining Long-Term Brain Health to corporations, associations, and organizations.

This is an important topic for everyone, especially as forecasts show that by 2030 over 10 million Americans and more than 76 million people worldwide will be grappling with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or stroke. To help you on the path to better long-term brain health, here are some of the best articles I read last month:
